The programme consists of ten 1-hour sessions delivered over about two weeks and can be facilitated by community health workers after just 4–8 hours of training.

- Downloadable METRA Intervention Manual (Arabic, English, French, Kurdish, Persian.)
- The Path of Hope graphic novel introducing METRA (Arabic, English, Kurdish.)
- A short METRA animation available in Arabic with English or Kurdish subtitles.
- The full METRA report and a presentation from the 2025 Humanitarian Leadership Conference.
- A list of related publications, including trials in Afghanistan and Iraq.
- Contact details for the research team at Monash University.
