In this webinar, co-hosted with our partners, impact scaling specialists Spring Impact, we want to support humanitarian innovation leaders to better understand partner-led scale, and to navigate this transition in complex, fast-moving environments.

The session

Your model works. Your outcomes are strong. And now the question is: how do you reach ten, fifty, a hundred times as many people? For most innovators, the honest answer is: you won't get there as the sole deliverer.

True scale almost always means working through partners, enabling others to deliver your solution alongside you, or instead of you.

That might mean training others to deliver an approach your team has spent years refining. Stepping back from delivery, while communities you care about are supported by people you've never worked with directly.

One leader described the tension simply: "How do we make sure it's delivered well if we're no longer the ones doing it ourselves?"

That question sits at the centre of this practical webinar, where our partners, Spring Impact, will walk through the real challenges of partner-led scale and what actually helps. Over the session, we will cover:

  • Why moving from doer to enabler is an identity shift, not just an operational one
  • The five most common sticking points: from finding the right partners and clarifying who owns what, to keeping quality high when you're no longer closest to delivery
  • A live walkthrough of one tool you can apply immediately: Design Your Core helps you identify what you can't afford to lose in a partner handoff, and what must stay consistent across every context partners work in, while being clear about where adaptation isn't just acceptable but necessary
  • Space to ask questions and learn from others

This session will not tell you that letting go is easy. It will help you do it well.

Who is this for?

This session is designed for humanitarian innovation leaders who are serious about reaching more people and want to think carefully about how to do it.

Spring Impact has supported 1,000+ organisations to scale their impact. This webinar is part of a wider body of work on partner-led scale, developed with support from Elrha.
