Overview
To ensure we sustain quality and impact for our audiences, we seek to appoint a consultant or a team of consultants to provide additional capacity and technical support across key areas of our Communications work: communications channel expansion, newsletter platform overhaul and setting up a Google Ads grant for nonprofits.
Objective
The overall objective for this consultancy is to provide strategic and technical support to strengthen Elrha’s communications capacity, channels, and tools. Specifically, the consultancy aims to:
- Assess and optimise our communications channels to identify where and how we can best engage our target audiences and improve outreach and engagement.
- Support the transition to a new email marketing platform, ensuring data integrity, effective automation, and improved user journeys.
- Audit our Google Analytics and advise on or set up Google Grants for Nonprofits to expand our digital advertising reach cost-effectively and in compliance with Google’s requirements.
Timeline
We would appreciate receiving your Proposal for the delivery of the Services by 9am GMT 12 January 2026.
The work will start no later than 22 January 2026, and it will conclude no later than 15 March 2026.
Only service providers with availability to meet this timeframe should consider participating in this tender.
