What does localisation mean to you?

There is a lot of talk about localisation in the humanitarian sector, and a lot of different definitions.But what does it mean in reality to the local and national organisations dealing with an increasing number of natural disasters?

We spoke to friends and partners of our HIF programme at the Asia-Pacific Regional NGO Partnerships Week, and asked them 'What does localisation mean to you?'
