The Microjustice4All (MJ4All) Methodology has been developed over the last twenty years. The legal services provided by MJ4All are a blind spot in the humanitarian response and development sector. The MJ4All legal services aim to legally empower, integrate and rehabilitate people at the BoP and victims of conflict and disaster. We deal mostly with administrative and private law issues, which enable our clients to access the system and protect their rights.

This handbook includes Microjustice4All’s methodology in general; the importance of micro-justice programmes within humanitarian aid projects including an overview of their product portfolio, tools and systems; guidance on how to set up a micro-justice programme in various phases of disaster management; and shares some of Microjustice4All’s experiences.
