This Policy Brief reports on research which formulated initial theories on how various organizational factors impact on Community Health Workers’ (CHWs) performance in humanitarian emergencies. The objective of the overall study is to understand the factors which impact the motivation and performance of CHWs working in Level III humanitarian crises.
