Embracing new technology, the Red Cross Red Crescent beneficiary communications programme in Haiti aimed to to increase accountability to affected communities by creating an interactive communication platform using innovative SMS and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) technology in a humanitarian setting. This final project report provides information on the project methodology, activities, outputs, impact and dissemination of learning.
