There is a high demand for reliable and timely expertise in field operations from those who need critical, technical advice or information, and there is also much duplication and inefficiency in isolated support services. KnowledgePoint is an online platform that aims to bring greater efficiency and effectiveness to the provision of expert support in humanitarian response by enabling cross-organisational collaboration, and local partners’ and beneficiaries’ participation. The final project report provides information on the project methodology, activities, outputs, impact and dissemination of learning.
