Sarah is a consultant with 25 years’ experience promoting the rights of women and girls. She is passionate about shifting power and resources to women’s and girls’ rights movements in humanitarian response.

Sarah co-led the development of the GBV Area of Responsibility’s Inter-agency Minimum Standards for GBV in Emergencies. She worked for organisations in Asia and Africa for 15 years and has spent the last 10 years at IRC and Save the Children providing global technical support to country programs, and guiding global innovation and learning initiatives.
