Misha Patel

Misha is a Convening Officer in Elrha’s Impact & Engagement team, supporting the design and delivery of strategic convening, stakeholder engagement, and learning activities across the organisation.

She brings experience across humanitarian programming, with a focus on learning, knowledge exchange, and community engagement through roles with the Humanitarian Academy for Development, Brighter Communities Worldwide, and Simuka Africa Youth Association. She previously worked in Elrha’s Humanitarian Innovation Fund on grant management, learning, and stakeholder engagement. Her work is underpinned by an MSc in Humanitarianism, Aid and Conflict.

Misha is passionate about inclusive, participatory approaches and works to strengthen convening practice that better centres the leadership and expertise of partners and crisis-affected communities in how learning and evidence are shared and used.
