Marion Guillaume

Marion joined the Elrha MEAL team in April 2025. She leads our value for money for humanitarian innovation initiative as well as providing more general MEAL support.

Previously, Marion worked as a humanitarian researcher, with a focus on migration and displacement related contexts across Central Asia and East and North Africa. She brings extensive experience designing and leading studies and evaluations on topics ranging from child protection and education to organisational capacity assessments and the development of monitoring frameworks, collaborating with UN agencies, INGOs and NGOs. Marion holds a BA in history from Harvard University and an MA in International Affairs with a focus on Migration from the Institut d’études politiques, Paris (Sciences Po).

Marion has a particular interest in the development of ethical approaches to research and evaluation with vulnerable populations, supporting evidence-based decision making.
