Maisie Jeffreys

Maisie joined Elrha in 2025 and is currently working as our Research and Innovation Manager (Learning and Improvement). She supports the design and delivery of two of Elrha’s strategic pillars focused on strengthening real-time learning in crises and reimagining how humanitarian assistance is delivered through innovation. Working across teams and with partners her work focuses on identifying where we can add the most value, building the right collaborations, and translating insights into practical, scalable approaches to innovation and learning.

Maisie brings over seven years’ experience in humanitarian and non-profit organisations globally, with a focus on systems change, decolonisation, localisation and innovation, including strategy, partnership brokering, co-design and organisational development.  

She is passionate about shifting systems for social impact and supporting more equitable humanitarian responses.
