Lucy Lawrenson
Communications and Engagement Manager
Lucy joined Elrha in 2025 as part of the UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub, which became fully integrated into Elrha in April 2026. She manages Elrha’s communications and engagement function, leading external communications that amplify impact and support the strategic positioning of Elrha and its grantees.
Lucy’s background is in research for international development, with expertise in partnership building and strategic communications. She has an MSc in political geography and has worked on issues such as climate change, global health, and emerging technologies.
Lucy is passionate about ensuring Elrha’s storytelling reflects the experience, knowledge, and expertise of people affected by crisis.
