Kate Simpson

Kate is the Director of Wasafiri’s Systemcraft Institute and lead author of "Systemcraft: an applied approach to tackling complex problems." With expertise in creating systemic change, organisational development, and facilitation, Kate has worked across public, private, and non-profit sectors, including projects for Swiss Re, The World Economic Forum, DFID, the Rockefeller Foundation, and Cambridge University. Her career spans international development, environmental management, and corporate organisational development.
