Programme Officer (Humanitarian Learning and Improvement)

Jess is a Programme Officer in Elrha's Humanitarian Learning and Improvement team, supporting the delivery of grants and research and innovation activities. Her work focuses on ensuring that funded initiatives are well-managed, evidence-informed, and guided towards meaningful impact.

Jess brings extensive experience in humanitarian and global health programming, with a background in grant management, MEAL, and research partnership support, including within Elrha's R2HC programme and at the Meningitis Research Foundation, Restless Development and Riders for Health. Her experience is underpinned by studies in international development, environment and politics.

She is passionate about the role that evidence and learning can play in improving humanitarian health outcomes, and committed to supporting the researchers and partners who make that possible.
