Jane Martin

Jane, our Human Resources (HR) Manager, joined the team in 2026. She is responsible for delivering high-quality people management across Elrha, ensuring staff have a positive experience throughout their employment and that our policies, systems and procedures are legally compliant, well-communicated and fit for purpose.

Before joining us, Jane worked in a number of HR roles across the charity and not-for-profit sector, as well as in the private sector.

She is passionate about taking a people-first approach to building a positive workplace culture that supports and motivates employees to be their best.
