Helen Hazlehurst

Helen joined Elrha in 2023 as part of the UK Humanitarian Innovation Hub, which became fully integrated into Elrha in April 2026. She supports the management of Elrha’s Humanitarian Learning and Improvement workstream.

With an MSc in Development Studies and over a decade of experience in international development and humanitarian operations, Helen brings a wealth of experience in grant management, programme coordination, contract compliance, and financial oversight across a diverse portfolio of grants and programmes.

Helen is committed to supporting grant management approaches and partnership models that promote a more equitable and localised humanitarian system.
