Guy Johnson

Guy joined Elrha in November 2025 as Head of Grant Operations and Finance (GOF). He leads both the Finance and Awards teams, providing the financial oversight and due diligence to support Elrha's grant-making portfolios.

Having trained as a chartered accountant with a big four firm and gained more than 10 years of post-qualification experience, Guy brings extensive expertise in financial management, process improvement, and audit to strengthen Elrha's compliance and risk management.  

He is passionate about being an open and honest leader who creates the conditions for his team to flourish, enabling them to grow confidently and deliver their best work for Elrha.
