Ffion Bowen

Ffion joined Elrha in January 2023 and supports the smooth delivery of Elrha’s people processes, helping to ensure a positive and efficient experience across the employee lifecycle. Playing a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations across all Elrha teams.

Ffion holds a CIPD Level 5 qualification in People Management and brings experience across HR operations, data management, and providing first-line HR advice. Her drive for creating well-organised, people-focused systems helps strengthen how we support our staff and maintain a positive, inclusive working environment at Elrha.
