Ariella Fish

Ariella is the Awards Manager at Elrha, where she overseas donor and operational compliance across Elrha’s award management, due diligence, and procurement processes, ensuring adherence to donor regulations, organisational policies, and legal frameworks.

Before joining Elrha in 2020, Ariella worked for a range of international development and humanitarian organisations where she gained experience in trust and foundation fundraising, procurement, due diligence, grant management and donor compliance. She holds an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and a CIPS Level 4 qualification in Procurement and Supply.

Ariella is passionate about optimising Elrha’s award management systems and processes to enhance efficiency, while ensuring resources are used responsibly and deliver the greatest possible impact.
