
Alice Hewson
Communications Officer (Digital and Content)
Alice joined Elrha in May 2025 as Communications Officer (Digital and Content) and is responsible for developing and creating content for our digital channels, including our website, social media and newsletters.
Alice has a background youth work, communications and journalism, with MA’s in both Community and Youth Work and Magazine Journalism. Prior to joining Elrha, Alice worked as Digital and Communications Officer at Dartington Service Design Lab, where she communicated evidence across several research projects that aimed to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. She has also recently published her first book, “Neurodiversity in the Workplace: how to create an inclusive and safe environment,' about promoting systemic inclusion at work, cultivating community and making the workplace a positive place to be in. Previously, Alice has worked as a youth worker where she supported young carers during the pandemic to co-produce social action projects and share their stories.
Alice has an interest in creating content to tell stories, bring communities together, motivate and inspire change. She is also passionate about systemic change and universal design, to ensure everyone has access to opportunities, accessible services and support.
