Aisha Kelati

Aisha joined Elrha as Grants and Procurement Officer in August 2025. She helps oversee grant-making and procurement processes, working with colleagues and partners to ensure they are clear, efficient, and well-coordinated. Her work supports Elrha in managing resources effectively so projects can achieve the greatest impact.

With eight years’ experience working in Canada’s public sector administering national grant programmes, Aisha has developed strong skills in funding administration, procurement, and compliance.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public and Business Administration from the University of Ottawa and brings a collaborative approach and attention to detail to help the team deliver high-quality projects that make a real difference.
