Cultural heritage is increasingly threatened by conflict and environmental factors. It is also a human right, with culture playing a key role in the identity, cohesion and resilience of individuals and communities. This project builds on advances in consumer UAVs, photogrammetry and augmented reality to re-imagine how we can empower communities that are stewards of heritage sites around the world facing conflict, encroachment or natural hazards such as flooding. The final project report provides information on the methodology, activities, outputs, impact and dissemination of learning.
