Colette Fearon

Colette joined Elrha in June 2022 as Director of Impact and Engagement and is responsible for the effective delivery of our programmes and communications and expanding our networks and representation within the sector.

Prior to joining Elrha, Colette has worked for over 20 years with different international humanitarian organisations and has been based in the UK, Southern Africa, Yemen and in the Levant. She managed multiple humanitarian responses and worked for 5 years as Deputy Humanitarian Director for Oxfam with a global remit and has held roles as Regional Manager for Asia and the Middle East and as a Director for Programmes and Advocacy. Prior to joining the sector Colette studied French and began her career in education.

Colette is a keen advocate for gender, safeguarding and effective partnerships and is committed to Research and Innovation supporting programmes and ensuring that we learn from challenges and base decisions on evidence to constantly improve the quality of humanitarian action for the benefit of those affected by crises.
