Jody joined Elrha in October 2022 as our Management Accountant within the Grant Operations & Finance team. She oversees our internal financial processes, ensuring that programmes and activities run smoothly and efficiently, whilst also supporting financial forecasting and reporting.

Before joining Elrha, Jody completed a PGCE and taught history for three years before switching career paths. She has since passed several professional accounting exams and is now part-qualified as an ACCA accountant, with many years of accounting experience across the public, private and charity sectors.

Having completed a degree in Politics with Economics from the University of Bath, Jody is looking forward to applying her skills and knowledge to the humanitarian sector.
