Ioanna Tsigiridi
HIF Innovation Manager
Ioanna joined our team in 2024 as an Innovation Manager, focusing on Disability and Older Age Inclusion within the HIF programme working on developing innovative solutions to address critical humanitarian challenges.
Before joining Elrha, Ioanna worked as an Institutional Partnerships Officer at Handicap International – Humanity & Inclusion, where she led British institutional donor engagements and managed diverse funding opportunities in predominately disability inclusive humanitarian programming in the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Her experience also includes supporting UKAID humanitarian programmes at Leonard Cheshire, contributing to civil society development programs with the EEA and Norway Grants, and conducting policy analysis and advocacy for e-accessibility at the European Disability Forum. Throughout her career, Ioanna has demonstrated a strong commitment to disability-inclusive programming. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Leeds.
She is dedicated in making a meaningful impact for the HIF by collaborating with talented experts in the field, while maintaining her committed to championing disability, gender, and fundamental rights.
