Our purpose is clear: we work in partnership with a global community of humanitarian actors, researchers and innovators to improve the quality of humanitarian action and deliver better outcomes for people affected by crises.

Cotte joined Elrha in 2024 as a Communications Officer (Digital and Content) and is responsible for implementing social media strategies and campaigns, as well as creating multimedia content for a wide range of channels.

Prior to joining Elrha, Cotte worked as a Communications Officer and Digital Content Producer in the UK, Peru and Chile. She brings experience in engaging audiences on critical social issues, including social inequality, human rights, and environmental sustainability. Cotte holds a Master’s degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change, where she explored how media and communications can be a driver for social change.
