Finance and Grants Support

Our Finance and Grants team supports our grant-making activities by carrying out due diligence, vetting, contracting and payments across our funded portfolios for our programmes; the Humanitarian Innovation Fund and Research for Health in Humanitarian Crises.

The Team

  • Provides guidance and support to funding applicants, answering queries on due diligence, budget development and currency exchange at the application stage
  • Carries out due diligence on organisations who are successful in their funding application
  • Supports grantees to develop necessary internal policies if required
  • Organises the legal contracting with successful grantees with their own legal/awards department
  • Answer grant payment queries
  • Reviews asset transfer and close out of projects
  • Collates risk registers.
