The British Red Cross- a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are.

The British Red Cross offer an ongoing volunteer internship programme. Internships are available throughout the British Red Cross, including in the International Division. This would be an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to obtain some experience in the day-to-day running of a humanitarian organisation, and an insight into the work of the British Red Cross. Internships are available for 8–12 weeks, part-time. All internships are voluntary, however the BRC will pay for reasonable travel and lunch expenses. Interns will receive a certificate and reference on completion of their placement
