RedR
- So You Think You Want To Be A Relief Worker?, a one-day workshop costing £70, aims to help participants decide whether this is the right career for them.
- Essentials of Humanitarian Practice, a five-day course, costs between £375 and £450, and gives participants the opportunity to tackle some of the dilemmas faced by aid workers through a simulated operational exercise, as well as input on key initiatives in the sector and international humanitarian law while exploring their own motivations for working in the humanitarian sector.
- Beyond the entry-level courses, RedR also offer longer courses, for instance Managing People in Emergencies, which are credit rated by Oxford Brookes University (and therefore count towards Oxford Brookes' MSc in Disaster Relief or other similar post-graduate qualifications) – a great way of gaining practical experience whilst undertaking academic study.
