Thanks to Outgoing HIF Board Member

Published on 27/11/2017

Our sincere thanks goes to Magdalena Banasiak, Senior Innovation Adviser in DFID’s Research and Evidence Division and a departing member of our HIF Board. Over the past year, Magda has been part of this strategic advisory group advising the HIF’s development and has fed in both as representative of DFID and based on her own areas of technical and professional expertise. Magda helped to inform our strategy development process in the summer of this year as well as our response to the external evaluation of the HIF programme. We really appreciate the time, commitment and energy shared.

Tarah Friend, Humanitarian Research and Innovation Adviser for DFID, will be the new DFID contact for the HIF, along with Imogen Parsons, who leads DFID’s Humanitarian Research and Innovation Team and the Humanitarian Innovation and Evidence Programme (HIEP).

Elrha is hosted by Save the Children, a registered charity in England and Wales (213890) and Scotland (SC039570).
