Announcing our new home for all the outputs from the projects and work we fund through our two programmes; the Humanitarian Innovation Fund (HIF) and Research for Health in Humanitarian Crises (R2HC), as well as those produced or commissioned directly by us.

What are the publications about?

We fund diverse areas of work in the humanitarian sector. Outputs from our portfolio of projects range from Improving menstrual hygiene management, Gap Analysis of challenges in Gender Based Violence, to Psychological support in conflict-affected areas and many more.

What type of publications are they?

We’ll host a variety of publication types from gap analyses, peer reviewed journals, project reports, guidance, case studies, evaluations and more. Below are a few tasters of what our portal will hold:

  • Evaluation: Evaluating Humanitarian Innovation by the HIF and ALNAP
  • Literature review: Understanding Sexual and Gender-Based Violence Against Refugees with a Communication Disability and Challenges to Accessing Appropriate Support by Manchester Metropolitan University
  • Peer Review Journal: Problem Management Plus (PM+) for common mental disorders in a humanitarian setting in Pakistan; study protocol for a randomised controlled trial (RCT) by the World Health Organization
