Sarah joined Elrha in December 2015, having recently worked as a consultant with research partnerships in the Sport for Development and Peace sector. She has a strong background in social development and community engagement, specifically working alongside youth and adolescent girls, and has a keen interest in the role of collaboration, innovation, and values-based leadership within international development and humanitarian research.

Sarah has worked for organisations including the Department for International Development (DFID), Tearfund, Teach First, and Brunel University, and holds a BSc in Geography from Durham University and an MSc in Social Development: Policy and Management from Swansea University.

Elrha is hosted by Save the Children, a registered charity in England and Wales (213890) and Scotland (SC039570).
