HIF Innovation Adviser
Cecilie has a background as a Consultant at the think tank and consultancy, NPC, where she managed a range of research and consulting projects to improve the social impact of non-profits. She led a UK-wide programme to improve evaluation and learning practice in the voluntary sector, and delivered training and workshops on M&E and ‘theory of change’ processes, supporting charities and funders to review existing programmes and develop new, innovative approaches.
While at NPC, Cecilie advised one of world’s largest private WASH funders, The Stone Family Foundation—a client of NPC—to manage and develop its portfolio, analysing how to achieve the right levels and types of risk-taking when funding new ideas or projects ready to scale.
Previous to NPC, Cecilie worked with innovation and partnerships at the Copenhagen Cleantech Cluster (CCC), building collaborations between Danish and international research institutions, regulators and companies within environmental technology.
